Is it possible to increase editable time of specific topic in discourse? I think default value is arround 2 months.

It’s possible, but not necessarily a good idea.
When you edit a post, nobody that has seen the first version will get notified about changes to that post. Your topic will not show up in the Unreads or New lists. If you have new information, I would imagine you’d want to reach the widest possible audience.
Also, spammers frequently use the possibility to edit posts at some later point to insert links that are then unlikely to be spotted by admins.
