I have followed tutorials on how to import my Revit file into Rhino, and it works very well, however even though it comes in with units:feet, when I measure it it rhino, its way larger than it is supposed to be.

You can type Units into the command line to change the units and scale the geometry if need be.
Alternatively when you create a new file you can specify the same Units as the file you are importing.
Copying and Pasting from a Decimal Feet file to an inches file will also work.
