Import Stepfile blocked in Rh8

Hello,

when I want to open or import a STEP file, I get this message:

I don’t understand why. on other computers we can open it with Rh8.

any suggestions?

In Options>Plug-ins is the Step import plug-in “Enabled” box checked?
