Rhino doesn`t open or import .step files

Ive used trial version of Rhino 6 for windows for the past 3 months and everything worked well. My licence expired so I had to purchase one. After changing licence information my Rhino doesnt open or import .step files. They open as completely empty files. Any ideas, please?

Hello - can you open Rhino and Import a step file? Also, can you open Options > Plug-ins page and see what plug-ins you have available?

And, can you please run the SystemInfo command in Rhino and copy/paste the results here?

Thank you Pascal. I didn`t have the plug-in active. All works now.

OK good, but that is peculiar in itself - all the I/O plugins should be enabled by default.
