How do I import all of my preferences such as toolbar layout and custom toolbars from Rhino 7 to Rhino 8? (I know they are different now in file structure).

I face this issue ever since rhino 3… I wish there was an option to auto-install preferences from a previous version upon installation/start up of a new version. I used to export/import preferences from the old to new versions except this time Rhino 8 uses ‘options’ instead of ‘preferences’ and after importing the ‘preferences’ into the ‘options’ my middle mouse button toolbar doesn’t popup. I’ve then tried to reset my preferences following this but to no avail…
