Guessing I will need to rebuild my personal PopUp menu, etc. in the new Mac V8, but worth asking:
Is it possible to import V7 customized control set ups?
Unfortunately, the answer is: “it depends.” Some will work, some will not, and some ought to work but might not yet due to bugs we’re working to resolve.
It’s worth a try…
In Rhino 7 for Mac, run the ExportPreferences command and export your com.mcneel.rhinoceros.7.plist to your Desktop.
In Rhino 8 for Mac, run the OptionsImport command and navigate to your exported com.mcneel.rhinoceros.7.plist and click Open. You should see the Options Import menu…
If you want them all, click Select All.
Please let us know if the custom PopUp menu does not transfer and attach the plist here.
