Import dwg file problem

Dear members,

i can not upload my dwg or dxf file to Rhino 8. With Rhino 7 it was never a problem and everything worked.
I also tried with new dwg file, where i just draw two lines and it does not worked in this case also. It shows some yellow circles and points.
I attached a screenshot.

Thank you for any help.

Second file with a few lines.

Please run SystemInfo in Rhino and copy/paste the results here.

Well, the first thing I would do is update your video drivers, they’re more than 7 years old. Also I would update your Rhino to the latest service release (8.3).
