Computer Crashes when importing dwg file

Hi,
I’m using Rhino 7 on my windows PC, and have used it perfectly fine for years. For some reason it’s started crashing my computer today when I try to import a DWG file, or when opening certain files. It works fine when opening a file that only has meshes and is able to render said document fine. Not sure why this is happening. I did update my driver software recently, so potentially that is causing an issue?

If anyone can help me it would be much appreciated as I need to be able to use rhino for my university work! System info below:

Sammie, the recent AMD drivers changed how they handle OpenGL, please go to your Options>View>OpenGL and turn off GPU Tessellation and see if that helps.
