HP Zbook crashing

Is anybody else having issues with HP Zbook crashing?

Run -systeminfo and post the results.

I’m running Zbook G9 here and I have no issues.

Thanks-

I have the exact same machine with the exception of a newer Rhino Build.

If you are not fully ready to buy or upgrade to rhino 8. I’d recommend to sign up for evaluation and download the V8.1 release candidate.

Hi Sach - I’ve heard recently from other techs that it is worth updating GPU drivers even when they may seem to be reasonably up to date.

-Pascal

Thanks.
I didn’t realise an evaluation release was available. I’ll get that. Thanks

Thanks @pascal

There is a broad spectrum of seriousness associated with different types of crash. If you mean Rhino crashing then carry on here. If you mean BSODs then more serious action is required. What type of crash are you talking about?

A few weeks ago Rhino was crashing–don’t know if it was actually Rhino causing this or something else with the machine. It seemed only to crash when using Rhino–coincidence perhaps–but I use Rhino most of the time.
It seemed fixed after updating video drivers.

Now, over the past couple of weeks it has crashed a few times, but I think it’s the machine.

Thanks
