How to update the Picture frame image

Hi, I have made changes to the base plan of my design, I remember there was a way to relink to a different or updated Picture frame image, but can’t find this! Im sure its somewhere in the properties panel, anyone know?

You mean how to change the current image?

Go to properties > Material Tab > Textures > Color
