How to stop unloading the material layers, object, render, users and extra layers in Layer Tab please?

Hello Everyone,

I am still new to Rhino and I would appreciate if you could guide me please on how to stop unloading the material layers, object, render, users and extra layers in Layer Tab as you can see in the attachment? They kept appear although I delete them every time I save the file.

Thank you very much!
Nada

Hi Nada - do these layers also appear when you start a new Rhino file from a factory-default template file? Can you please run the Rhino SystemInfo command and copy-paste the result here?
-wim

Hi Wim and thank so much for your kind help!
The layers don’t appear when I start a new blank file.

And just to mention, I used to have MatrixGold which run by Rhino (I am not sure if this help)

This is the result of the System info:

Hi Nada -

In that case, it’s MatrixGold that is creating these layers.
I have never used MatrixGold but perhaps there are settings that let you configure these things?
I’m afraid you’ll have to contact support at Stuller if that doesn’t help.
-wim

Hi Wim and thank you so much for your great help and assistance!
MatrixGold is already expired as it was a student version, so I will remove it from the system and see if this will solve the problem.

Best,
Nada
