How to select all elements (filter *) in Rhino Inside?

I can’t seem to figure out how to select everything in Grasshopper run inside Revit. Selectable in View came close, but failed when selecting from a linked file. Is there a more direct way to select all Revit elements (a bit like the geometry pipeline component)?
