How to right click and get recent commands anywhere on the screen

I love recent commands when you right click over command bar but I would really like to get the recent commands when I right click anywhere on the screen. How can one achieve this?

I am on rhino v5

Not what you are asking for, but there is a dedicated toolbar called “MRU” (most recently used) that you can leave as a floating toolbar anywhere on the viewport. Not sure whether Rhino 5 supports accessing the MRU toolbar via the middle mouse button…

Rhino options > Toolbars > Size and styles > Last used buttons visible

at the least you should be able to configure the middle mouse button with an alias that opens up the recent commands.
