Hi all! When Grasshopper read the mesh from rhino it always loss the color information. How to retrieve the color information? Just like the image below, how to reference this mesh with colors into grasshopper Thanks!

You can get the colour with Deconstruct Mesh.
Mesh Colours can be used to attach colour to a mesh.

Hi Masaki, thanks for your answering, but I have no idea how to make the vertex-colored mesh in Rhino. I texture-mapped the mesh but the texture color cannot be read by the grasshopper, do you have any idea about this? Thanks a lot!!!
