Hi. I need a step-by-step tutorial like how to form a tensegrity structure on Rhino software. I am totally confused and have 0 knowledge.

I doubt you’ll find a step-by-step tutorial, as tensegrity structures are not a concept used often. If you are a Rhino newbie, this is probably not the right place to start, but nonetheless, here is a previous thread (including example files and a link to an older discussion) on the topic:
Note that this is using Grasshopper, not just Rhino, as Rhino in itself doesn’t have the tools to calculate this like load, compression and tension.
If you are looking for help with a specific design, be sure to include a better description, images, 3dm-files etc.
