Use anisotropy and sheen.
On the left curtain with diffuse that has roughness set to 63%. On the right essentially the same, except there is anisotropy and sheen.

You’ll have to play with the settings for roughness, anisotropy and sheen to get closer to what you need.
Remember also that environment and lighting play a role in how good a rendered material looks like.

There are some minor differences in naming and allowed values, but otherwise document still holds up well.
