figures are only black in the “rendered” ini/mode.
What should I do that the figures stay black in the “DAAGEO/CAD” ini (I imported this ini by myself) ?
What’s the MATERIAL setting for the LAYER you have these cutouts on ?
More importantly , as this LOOKS like “Shaded” mode , what OBJECT COLOR assignment do you have set for that layer ? … for the OBJECTS (people) ?
Play with the color assignments for the layer or the individual objects , for these objects , and see if that helps .
Pascal suggests starting with dark Grey ,and that’s absolutely RIGHT , as it’ll give you a good starting point to experiment with .
THEN -
Do these cutouts use an image to appear as “people” or are they set TO Black to appear as “Silhouettes” ?
IF an image , check that “Color” under “Textures” in Material is Checked ON so that the assigned image shows . Choose the color YOU want as silhouetted figures .
IF a COLOR , check that the hard color shown is something visible , again starting with Dark Grey as suggested , and work from there .
Also , as suggested () set to RENDERED mode , and run “_SetObjectDisplayMode” once you’ve solved the Rendered Mode material situation , pay close attention to the options presented , and you’ll be able to see the results in BOTH “Rendered” and “Shaded” mode .
Bonus -
There ARE things you can do in both Shaded AND Ghosted mode with this set , that you MIGHT find useful .
Because the color changes nnly did not work in the “DAAGEO/CAD” mode I went to options and saw that I had different shading settings on. I changed it and now the figures have become black again.
