How do I use these .shs material files in Rhino?

I almost never uses materials, however I was asked to put in a wood parquet in a model. In searching I cam across this. Downloaded and extracted the .rar. I got a .sbs and sbsar file, and a “dependances” folder. I have no idea how to uses these with Rhino.
