How do I close this Polysurface so it can be 3D printed?

Hi ya’ll, I’m very new to Rhino and I need to have this object 3D printed. For some reason the polysurface won’t close in order to do so. I’ve tried capping, lofting, etc and I’m not sure how to fix it. I’ve uploaded the file to see if anyone can see where the problem is, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Kyra SelAll and Join should do it in this case. There is an open polysurface and some individual surfaces sitting in just the right spots to cllose it up, so all you need to do is join.
