I want to create a Grasshopper workflow that allows you to input a mesh, reduce and quad-remesh, and then reapply the same UV mapping. I know the mapping will be a bit warped but as long as its close to its approximate position that’s fine. I’m using Nautilus and Human to attempt this on photogrammetry scanned objects but it won’t add the material using the texture mapping.

dont have time for testing… but something like this - perhaps?
Hello
it would have been better if you posted a file.
You missed that the tool output a mesh and not UV coordinates.
This component is an old one, It is better to have this one It will output multiple meshes if there are multiple UV parts.
You can get the UV coordinates with and use these coordinates with Human or the same tools in Nautilus (I must gave it a name like Human)
Here an example with a Brep as there is a seam (useful for texturing !)

And if you want to go further look at this.
