Not quite sure because of your poor reference image resolution, it looks similar to Cairo pentagonal tiling.
Try to search the old Gh forum and you’ll probably find what you want.

If it is Cairo, then the Mesh+ plugin has a Cairo component.

@doh0615 I am sure you just wanted a simple voronoi or tiling pattern, but unkowingly (probably) you came across a very interesting design:
