How can i make this irregular pattern on a irregular surface?

Thats my first struggle, how can i make the points be the center of my geometry?

Just one more thing, the centroid of the geometry is on the surface, but the curves are not.
So it doesnt let me split the geometry to make holes on the surface with the curves shape.
Is anything that i can do? anyway thank you so much, man!
