HELP- improve Display-Technical quality

As in the subject I’m getting poor visualization with the Tech Draw display style.
I set a custom mesh for the object and the shaded view is very good and sharp.
You see in the image that some line are disappearing also if are proper surface edge.

this is the rendermesh:

Thanks

I can’t troubleshoot an image.

Hi Skysurfer -

Thanks.
When I open that file, all details are set to the Wireframe display mode, indicating that you have a custom display mode that you use for these. From the image, that looks quite a bit different than the default Technical display mode, and since I can’t reproduce the issue with that default mode (with hidden edges turned off), I probably need an .ini file for your custom mode.

Here we are:

Vista Tecnica renderizzata grigio.ini (14.9 KB)

Hi Skysurfer -

Thanks.
This is very inconsistent on my end. Sometimes things look fine, other times not so.
I’ve put this on the list as RH-85840 Display: Inconsistent Technical Line Display
I don’t think this is a simple fix, and since this is much more pronounced with your custom display mode, I’d recommend to use default display modes on this model for the time being.

Hi WIM,
Thanks to taking care of this.
Let me add one info: this style come from an V7 ini file.
It may be this the issue?
I’ve noticed many issues with old display styles.

Hi Skysurfer -

I wouldn’t think so but we’ll see what Jeff finds.
