I’d like to report the bug or undesired behavior below without posting here images or relevant material because of not having time right now. Please try to reproduce it:
when having guides with many segments (jagged guides) the intersection snapping are not calcualted correctly and as a result walls intersecting on intersections of the guides are not being updated when guides are changing. With that said, I believe guides with many segments are not editable in the points they are jagged.
Also I’ve faced many times this:
i cannot extend the guides or edit them without recreating them from scratch. I do not know when in a project exactly but from a point on editing guides is not working properly.
Because of the above, I keep creating curves (jagged ones) in a layer, create guides from the curves (maybe the guides are not editable when created from curves), create a guide for each segment of the jagged desired guide, which leads to loosing time constantly in keeping all together, when things should be way simpler. Guides currently is the only mechanism to keep a model trully parametric, and the guides at least for now should be the base for everything. In this sense, they should work perfectly well to perform in a project time schedule.
