Grasshopper Can't Load with Rhino 7

I can’t seem to load grasshopper after installing the Rhino 7 evaluation. It gets hung upon clicking the grasshopper button. Is there a way to troubleshoot this problem?

Please run the Rhino SystemInfo command and copy-paste the information here.
When you click the Grasshopper button, does anything appear on the screen? Can you still use Rhino or is that hanging?

Hi Wim,

Thanks for your reply. When I clicked the GH button, it was stuck on the green screen initially and rhino stops responding (Rhino was working without use of GH) but after reinstalling and restarting my computer, it got working about 6 hours later. I’m not sure what was the initial issue. Theres no issue now. Thanks for your help.
