Graphics card comparisons for new laptop

Hello

I am going to buy a new laptop for my studies and have found a few laptops that I hope would work but a bit unsure about the GPU. The three I have in mind are all similar specs wise except the GPU, they are GeForce MX330, GeForce GTX 1650 and Quadro P620.
I have read that the Quadro GPU’s have better drivers for the types of software I am going to be using (Rhino, archicad, etc.) but is it better (or even good enough anymore since they are all a bit old) than the rest? Appreciate any tips since really can’t afford this type of investment to go wrong.

Cheers,
Bob

buy as much vram and cuda cores as you can afford. the p620 does not meet our min recommended spec.
