I don’t see Grasshopper 2 in the “Rhino plugins that do not ship with Rhino” list. Can you post a screenshot of the package manager with GH2 installed?
that screenshot is only showing grasshopper 1
We cannot reproduce the issue here. Can you try to uninstall gh2 from the packagemanager, restart Rhino (Quit), reinstall GH2, again quit Rhino and restart?
The PackMan says GH2.
The Options PlugIn says GH1

yes, GH1 comes with Rhino by default.
Tested here with no issues on M1 Monterey
