Currently I am trying to generate area plans using room boundaries. I am facing issue to incorporate these conditions in script for placing the area boundary at the below 2 instances: 1) Area boundary should be placed at centerline where there are 2 or more adjacent rooms. 2) Area boundary should be placed at external face of the wall where there are no adjacent rooms.

That can be a complex problem.
How are you going to determine adjacencies? Exterior walls of a different type are easy enough.
