Is it possible to add full circular cross section? For rods , circular columns etc.

Yes definitely, you just need to use a circular hollow section and set the thickness to be the radius of the full section and it be recognised as a solid section,
Easy as pie! I just didn’t know if Karamba would take it that way.

Because supposedly the thickness has to be half the diameter?
