is there a native command to use for redlining / markup notes or sketch?

if I’m thinking through an idea or showing someone my screen I’m having to take a screenshot of my window with snipping tool in order to use the pen tool there

In the R9 WIP you can try Markup [search the forum ] it’s being developed so the Devs are happy for feedback and suggestions from users.
