hi @stevebaer the kerning in the TextObject needs a preview, its very difficult to predict how the values relate to the outcome. but since these objects can be changed any time with the command distribute the option does not make so much sense in Textobject IMO… much rather would i love to see that…

I do hope to add kerning as an option for annotation styles in v9. I’m focusing on several drafting related features like this in v9 and will start commenting on them in the coming weeks. Supposed to be on vacation this week so the v9 feature announcements will have to wait a couple weeks.
