Modifying Text Fonts and Spacing in Rhino

Hello,

Is there a way to style the font of regular text differently? For example, to determine the extension of the letters so that they are stretched? Or, similar to the “TextObject” command, to determine the space gap between the letters?

Perhaps through Grasshopper or some command in Rhino that allows manipulation?

Yes, we are hoping to include kerning adjustments in text. It is pretty difficult to give any sort of decent answer on when this would be done. Edit: I think I can get some level of support for kerning in a release candidate for Rhino next month. I’ll post here when there is something available.
