Filter Curve Branches With the Surface

I have four curve two at the top & two at the bottom of the inclined surface. at the moment as shown in the above picture I have filtered the curves above and below manually.

Is there a way to filter the curve automatically and separate them.

Please find the attached GH file.

Thanks for the reply, it is really great.

is there a way to keep the surface normal constant even with the mirrored surface as I mirrored it here top & bottom are flipped.
