I’m afraid this feature is not available for now, although we have plans to add it. For now, you could open a gap in the roof using some of the boolean difference commands (_vaRoofSubtract or _vaSubtractSolids). It is not possible to place tilted windows, so you would need to place an exploded window instead.
Hi @pharsly This is to inform you that in VisualARQ 3 it is already possible to insert windows in roofs. You need to specify in the window styles dialog, which object types can act as a host for that window style:
