Failure to Add evaluation licence to my Cloud Zoo

When I try to add my evaluation licence on Cloud Zoo it shows that occurs an “unknown failure”.

What I should do to correct it?

I see a successful addition of the V7 90-day license to your login account.
Everything looks good on this end.
