Is there a way to extrude multiple surfaces that are on different layers at the same time and have the resulting extrusions on the respective layer of the surface rather than the current layer?

Without scripting you can do this using Grasshopper, with the Lunchbox plugin, component Object Bake
Has this been implemented yet? I can’t find the option to keep layers
