Extrude direction to amplitude

I’m a bit stuck on something and was hoping anyone could help me out. I’m trying to extrude direction to amplitude, but I’m not really sure what to do. I’ve tried looking up solutions online, but I’m not getting very far.

I have the same questrion… I think he was trying to extrude curves to the same direction
