Exporting the file and importing it into Keyshot does not work

Hi,

I have the following problem and I don’t know if I’m in the right forum for it: D

I’m trying to export a project from Rhino and import it correctly into Keyshot, but the object never shows up properly. There is always a part missing.Error.txt (1.3 KB)

It would probably help with a little more detail: what Rhino version, what Keyshot version, how are you exporting/importing the file, what are you settings (in both Rhino and Keyshot) when exporting/importing? Or even better; post the file. Note that Keyshot still does not import Sub-D geometry. Also, unless you tick “Import NURBS” when importing the 3DM in Keyshot, geometry with no render mesh will not import.

Hey

I uploaded the file briefly. With Keyshot I use the default settings, I haven’t changed anything. Can I give you any other information?

have you tried with the keyshot plugin in Rhino? you get it free from teir page
except for the sub-d geometry which needs to be converted to nurbs surfaces, everything goes well with the plugin:
