Hi @RdK , Before trying to import an IFC file, make sure VisualARQ is loaded. Just run any VisualARQ command like vaInit or create a new document using a VisualARQ template, and then try to import the IFC file again. Regards, Enric

Hi @Emma_Louise_Boulben , This error means that our IFC import engine has found more than one “Model” representation in context within the IFC file, which is not supported by the IFC specification.
