I am using rhino 5.0 for windows and my editpythonscript has suddenly stopped working, It used to open the scripting window before but doesn’t show/open anything now. Doesn’t show any errors too! in thecommand line after giving the command for the same.

check _PluginManager and see if it is enabled+loaded.
