DXF, DWG export missing?

The latest WIP doesn’t seem to include export to DWG/DXF. Export dialog:

I checked the plugins section of prefs, and don’t see them showing up at all there.

The latest WIP doesn’t seem to include export to DWG/DXF.

On the Plug-ins page in the Rhino Options, please make sure that the AutoCAD file export plug-in is enabled.

No such exporter appears in the export plug-ins. Also, first time this morning checking this out, Rhino crashed. Crash report sent.
