Hello, I need your help again. I loaded a DWG file in my Rhino 5, I work on Mac, and I received this very well, but all where Blocs. So I exploded those blocs and I alway not able to hang on any part of the shapes or anywhere. Impossible to measure a distance etc.

try turning on the Vertex Osnap to see if the cursor will snap to the vertices
