Duplicate Layers & Objects - Add to Wishlist

Windows Rhino already has Duplicate Layer and Duplicate Layers and Objects on the right click layer menu. You have the option to include sublayers as well.

Looks like this has not been added to MacRhino yet.

Adding this to the WishList of Layer abilities. Would like to see it.

Hi I am using Rhino OS. I found “duplicate command” on the top menu Edit>layers duplicate

Still I can not find the way to select a Layer and sublayer tree and move it to an existing layer (I do not want to create a new one for ex). Is this possible ?

Yes, just select layer and or sub-layer and drag and drop it where you want …

I was trying to avoid the drag and drop cause I have a lot of layers

I believe I have a python script that does it as well, but you still have to select the layers to move or copy once the script runs. Which is another step.

So you probably want something in the context, right-click, menu, maybe? I don’t have my Windows machine running to see if this is available there. I believe so.
