I did not open your Rhino file (yet) and worked only on the pink group below. If I understand you correctly, the problem is that you used ‘X’ vector instead of following the intersection lines. I disabled some of these components and bypassed them.

this isnt what im looking for sir , can you please open this rhino file and what im trying to do is to project intersections outside or inside uniformly , if u see the plates few intersections has projecting out and few were projecting in ,

No, it’s impossible to open an R8 file in R7.

You posted a 16 MB Rhino file instead of a legible image to explain what you wanted. So I didn’t understand the detail until post #6 of this thread, after I posted the work I did.
Now that I see what you are asking, I don’t understand how it is possible unless the intersecting breps are modified?

when im using this method , at front end and back end of the model , the intersection lines supposed to creat intersections in the plates , but at the front most area of the model , the intersections arent getting created , gap is forming as shown in the picture
my question is how to avoid this gaps and create intersections at front face area
