When I bring up the options dialog, it’s larger than the screen and the bottom is invisible, as are any buttons that may be down there.

The resize handles (double arrows) do nothing and the top can’t be moved above the top edge of the screen.

Is there a setting that I can change to make the height of the options dialog smaller?

There are no tools in Rhino to make the dialogs smaller.

My guess is your may have your Windows display scaling set to bit too high.
See if reducing that magnification a bit give you more pixels on the screen.
