Display issues

Good afternoon,

I have a small issue with Rhino 6 which i am running at our office.
I have 2 computers sharing 1 licence.
On one computer everything works as it should.
On the other computer the visual representation of the work is unreadable.

As a test i tried opening a new session in rhino. I then draw a simple line detail. When drawing the line i can see the line but a soon as the click off the line it no longer on the screen.
When i drag a selection box over the line it is then visible again.

If anyone has come across this or has any ideas i would welcome some suggestions.
I am guessing some sort of display setting.

Many thanks

Hi Steve - please run the Rhino SystemInfo command and post the result here.

Your Intel driver is seriously out of date. I’m not sure the Intel 530 even has the hardware capability to run the OpenGL level that Rhino 6 requires: you will need to wait for @pascal or someone else to wake up in Seattle. Or maybe @Helvetosaur will know.

Just to satisfy your curiosity, you might want to run SystemInfo on your other machine to compare.

Hi AIW,

Thank you for the top tip. I will try updating my driver and report back.
Your are correct that the computer that works is much newer.

Thank you.

Hi - It looks like those are the most recent ones for Windows 7 though. There are more recent (less than a month old) drivers for that card for Windows 10…

Does disabling GPU Tessellation in Options > View > OpenGL do any good?
