Differences between Rhino and Moi3D FBX export

I work in architecture and my clients give me Rhino models and I import them into 3DSMAX. when I run the FBX export in Rhino, it creates unnecessary divisions in the mesh and causes problems. However, Moi3D FBX exports the models with a clean mesh.
Why is Moi3D able to export cleanly? And why can’t it be done with Rhino? I can’t sleep at night wondering! I hope someone can help me out. Thank you in advance.

(I use a translation app because my native language is not English. Sorry it’s hard to read)

Hi -

If you are not happy with the meshing, you could either export as NURBS and let the receiving application deal with meshing, or manually mesh objects in Rhino before exporting.
