If you take a look at the Help file article for it, you’ll probably figure out your issue.
You can’t mix open an closed curves.
Replace your outside, rounded corner curve with 4 straight curves that are NOT Joined.
Do your NetworkSrf, then fillet the corners.
Hello - NetworkSrf wants curves in two distinct directions - your white perimeter curve is in both directions at once. I think you’d want to build this up from multiple surfaces like this:
