Ctrl+Shift select to surface not working while it is shade mode
Hi -
When you provide this little information, you are forcing us to make a lot of guesses.
Provided you are trying this in a viewport in Wireframe mode, and you are clicking on an isocurve, that would be the correct behavior.
If you are doing anything else, you’ll have to provide both a 3dm file and the output of the Rhino SystemInfo command.

sorry. its on shade mode. when I tried it to shf+cntrl select on a surface while on its shade mode

Ctrl-Shift selecting a surface in Shaded mode should select the surface.
