Critical bug when opening rhino

After installing the latest RhinoWip, I had the problem as shown when I opened it.

Do you have more than one RhinoWIP installed?
If so, delete the older one(s), rename the newest to eliminate the number.

Any luck?

I only installed one rhinowip and after trying your solution it still won’t open
